Pearl Children attend The International Day of the African Child celebration in Jinja, Uganda. They were one group of many gathered at a rural primary school. The Pearl Children Care Center (PCCC) is a Community Based Organization (CBO) founded by Nkonge Bossa. Nkonge Bossa and PCCC cares for over 50 orphans. Bossa's number one goal is to educate his children who attend schools across the grater Jinga area.
